Take the time to reorganize and write down what is in your cupboards, pantry, food storage, freezer(s) and refrigerator. For the next month, buy ONLY fresh produce and dairy (if you eat dairy), and feed your family ONLY from our food reserves. You can't shop for non-perishables, meats, poultry, etc. (if you eat that) until Sunday February 12, 2012.
If you need to stock up on non-perishables, do it by Saturday and join in on Sunday.
